There was an issue with my order. Having purchased with next day delivery, I received a refund on my postage costs with no explanation. When I emailed, they said they had telephoned to tell me and I did not answer. I was at work and was unable to answer the phone. An email would not have gone amiss. Luckily the item eventually arrived just in time for our holiday. Although it was of very poor quality.
