My order did not arrive. I phoned the Suncare shop, but all they have is a recorded message telling you to contact by email.
So I emailed them.
I got a reply requesting I wait a further week in case it eventually was delivered. When the order still did not turn up despite the further wait, I emailed again requesting a refund.
That was 5 days ago, I have had no reply to my email, let alone a refund.
I can not recommend doing business with this shop.
