My order (£90) was cancelled twice after paying with no explanation. I've sent two emails asking why and got no answer. I guessed that happens because I've put my company address and made a third order and paid immeadiatly again. This time the order was confirmed.
Because of paying and getting refunded a few times I lost about £15 due to bank and paypal fees for sending and refunding.
No communication at all, that's a very poor service for me.
