I placed an online order following a quick chat a couple of weeks earlier that had efficiently dealt with a couple of questions. I got a call from Laguna despatch the following business day and received delivery quickly after that with no problems. It is a heavy piece of kit and I did need help lifting the completed assembly. Keep the pallet handy as it is a perfect height when fitting the base unit. I used the Laguna 14 part videos as my guide to assemble the bandsaw. So far I have just used the resaw blade which does the job really well. I took my time setting up the blade and blade guides. The Laguna videos really helped with that as well. I looked at a lot of different bandsaws before deciding on the 14 12 and I am really pleased with its performance so far. Ordering from The Saw Centre was a breeze.
