Arranged appointments at the proposed rented property have been attended punctually and your services and costs have been explained in detail. All staff we've met have been polite and courteous and the regular E-mail updates re. house visits for prospective tenants have demonstrated your pro-activity in leasing the house. We were more than happy with the adverts that went out on Zoopla etc and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of them. The "To Let" sign you suggested on one visit to the house , went up the following day, and it now looks like there is a realistic prospect of tenants signing contracts within the next few days, all this within just over one week of making initial contact with your office. Fingers crossed it all works out.
