Awful, Do not mention that they require to call you on the day of a viewing to confirm your attendance, they will not notify you of this prior to you booking, nothing in the email confirmation either. If they do, and you can not make it to the phone (because, like the vast majority of the British population, you have a 9 - 5), they will simply cancel your booking. My girlfriend had asked me to go and view a property she had booked but would have been for both of us, she had told the agent I would be coming in her place due to her work. She's a theatre nurse (in operating theatres, clean, sterile and focused environments) so does not have her phone handy during the day, something she made very clear to them and explained. They then proceeded to cancel the booking because she was too busy saving lives in a hospital operating room, to pick up the phone to confirm to them she was attending - which she already told them I was doing so in her place and that she could not reach the phone during working hours.
