I bought a plate for my husband’s birthday,unfortunately I didn’t receive confirmation until I chased it up with a phone call on his birthday.It was disappointing as I’d paid extra to ensure I received confirmation before his birthday but after the phone conversation the e mail was sent & the situation was rectified
