Unfortunately tv unit arrived damaged although packaging was intact. However communication via email with the support centre did rectify this with a replacement part being sent out. The courier utilised caused a further delayed with the delivery of the replace part but the Plasma centre support service also offered to chase the courier on my behalf. Happy with product despite damage. Customer service excellent but ideally damaged products should not be leaving the warehouse.
