Listed as a stockist of NyeTimber wines so undertook a 40 minute journey to obtain what we were looking for. Checked opening times with Google, as they had always previously been accurate, only to arrive the the place was closed. Whilst the bar part opened at noon, I could see on the door that the Pip Stop had changed to 11am opening (google states 10am) so came back at 11.30am but still not open. Went away again and came back at noon to still being closed so asked at Bar, who then opened the shop for us. Sadly, not only was the wine we wanted out of stock but so were many other shelves. The place was in complete disarray, boxes everywhere and randomly a table tennis table in the middle of the shop floor! What a waste of time that was, ending up having to buy inferior gift as it was all they had. Also needed a receipt as gift was for work, and no receipts can be provided, only electronically! Really really gone downhill, sadly, as this was always a great little shop with amazing products. Brewery pub staff were as helpful as they could be but did not know the stock at all, but Ed was super helpful to actually print me a receipt from email.
