Just lately I've been avoiding coming back to your site it's become not fun to play anymore in the sense I spend an awful lot of money with yourselves and receive very little incentive back to even consider using your site I feel unappreciated as a customer and utterly disgusted with your win rates these issues I feel can't be fixed but you can try a little harder in many ways to better the experiences for your customers.
