I called Pest Control on the 01.03.24 due to a suspected rat problem. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, very reassuring and instantly put me at ease. The technician, Sean, attended our property on the 05.03.2024. I cannot commend Sean enough for his service. I was absolutely horrified and also very embarrassed about the issue but Sean was very friendly, very reassuring and took a lot of time and care to establish where the problem was coming from and dealt with this. Despite me bombarding Sean with endless questions, he was very patient and answered every single one (despite some of them no doubt being very stupid questions!). He never made me feel rushed and took the time to explain everything and gave me so much information. When he wanted to go and speak to my neighbour, I was concerned that they may think I was trying to pass the blame onto them but Sean was equally as polite and friendly to my neighbours as he had been to me. I felt so much better after his visit. People are often quick to complain but not as quick to give positive feedback and I honestly cannot be more positive about what was not a nice situation. The price I was quoted on the phone was the price I paid and this was so reasonable. Cannot recommend this company highly enough.
