Lost the rubber end to my Lamy Safari ballpoint pen and The Pen Company was the only source I could find for the replacement part.
Ordered a few other pens as well and they arrived in a padded envelope in a very reasonable amount of time. I have no complaints.
Good to know that there is another company out there that stocks pens better that what is available at the "Office Big Box Depot" type store.
