I was looking for parts for my pens (Lamy) that i haven't been able to find anyplace else. The Pen company have been the only company that actually sell you the parts instead of changing you extra money "to repair them". Service and package delivery was pretty fast, even though the comany is in Europe. I am very please with The Pen Company services and products.
