I bought 11 bottles of Diamine inks from them. International shipping to Austria took about a week. Low prices compared to most of their competitors, good selection (could be better). I didn't like the bad packaging - aside from a little crumpled up paper in the box that didn't even cover most ink bottles, there was nothing else protecting them. The 30ml bottles were very dusty for some reason, the 80ml glas bottles were in their thin, scuffed original boxes with squashed edges, and also dusty. Luckily, nothing was broken/spilled. The shipping pricing is extremely weird, it jumps around between ~9€ to ~29€, depending on how much you add to your basket. I would have ordered way more bottles but at a certain point you gotta pay 29€ shipping (which is quite insane, that's how much I pay for heavy furniture delivery) unless you remove items from the basket. Why would you discourage your customers to spend more money? I've never seen anything like that in an online shop. In the end, I paid almost 25€ (shipping + customs) additionally, thus barely benefitted from the low prices that initially drew me to them. Since I live in a country where bottled inks are scarce, I'll probably order from The Pen Company again but I can't say that this was the best online shopping experience I've ever had. 3.5/5 stars.
