The pen arrived damaged due to poor packaging and I was told a replacement would be sent. Instead an empty box was sent. The Pen Company refuse to do anything more. Buy from anyone else their customer service stinks. You are told one thing but another thing happens. This happened repeatedly to me and I would not recommend the experience to anyone.
If you are wondering why there are so many positive reviews on here it is simple - The Pen Company ONLY ask you to review the site if nothing went wrong. They are not interested in solving complaints.
