Panels were delayed to begin with and I emailed to check where they were. Was told they’d be delivered Friday so arranged for them to be fitted on the Saturday. Got a text Thursday evening with the time slot. Then had a text Friday morning to say the delivery had been cancelled. Called to find out why and they weren’t sure the first woman I spoke to was lovely and said she’d get it sorted. The second woman called and was very sharp saying they’d been damaged so couldn’t be delivered and were now out of stock so unsure when I’d get them. In the end I just had a refund. If the First Lady was my only communication with the company then it would have been fine as she was apologetic and helpful
