Unreliable
Unreliable, bad communication, no order tracking. You get a text message to say order being delivered, then on the day they message you to say delivery cancelled due to "unforeseen circumstances". Called up customer service, get told driver is sick. I tell them ok this order is important and it's 175 mile journey for me, want to make sure this doesn't happen tomorrow for when it's rescheduled and they have a different driver. Customer service say that it would be unbelievable coincidence if there was another delay. Next day comes..... another text message...
"Due to unforeseen circumstances....."

Called them up and told van has broken down. They've got some cowboys working in logistics.
Cancelled the order after they said they'd definitely deliver it next day. Can't trust them to deliver, imagine if you have an issue with the product what a hassle it will be to get it rectified. Their Logistics manager isn't brightest spark either. Absolutely pathetic.
