Very bad experience,ordered trims arrived in time,but not all was there need them for a job to finish off
Called customer services,they advised me to buy from someone one local .
Was promised a full refund,didn't get refunded in time had to chease it ,got refund for one trim which was missing,was told why should do a full refund.
Paid more to get the missing trim from local supplier,dispet I paid 15 pounds for delivery from you.
I believe I am entitled to a full refund and an apology.
