Great product, very good quality. But...
Giving customers less than 24 hours notice for delivery is not good.
I had 2 separate orders, delivered on different days and on both occasions I had a text message from you after 5pm the day before delivery telling me that the product would be arriving the next day.
Not ideal!
I had to rearrange meetings etc. to make sure that I was at home!
