Communication via Instagram messenger with Ellie was great, prompt, clear and friendly. The Amazon foliage tiles looks great straight out of the box, nice variety of leaves and more dense than I expected. Looking forward to getting them up. The delivery was also really fast, the very next day after I ordered. Great stuff
