Bed quality good, everything else very poor. Quoted 8-10 weeks delivery, it took 13 weeks and I had to chase 3 times to get a delivery date.
Worst of all was the excessive packaging, most of which not recyclable. 3 full bin liners + cardboard boxes and a metal bar, all for 1 single bed. Absolutely no excuse for not using more sustainable/recyclable packaging in 2023, other than company don’t want to pay the extra few pence. Hugely disappointing and inconvenient (had to take it all to the dump as bin men wouldn’t collect it) for such an expensive product.
