Easy to talk to although during the process but quite a wait for bed to be delivered.
As mention before, the young delivery men could have been more helpful, seeing how old my wife and I are, they should have offered to help us carry the items onto the landing, instead they were left in th ground floor hallway. Being from the generation that did not give in, we struggled but managed.
