My bed is absolutely wonderful and I am completely delighted with it. I paid extra so my bed could be delivered to my bedroom and I could assemble and sleep in it, having just moved in to my new home. However, the couriers who delivered the bed refused to take it up (they didn't even try, or look at my stairs, they left in a hurry saying it was "not company policy"). I then had to sleep on the floor for over a week before the Original Bed Company could send someone to help me and assemble it. I was charged extra for this service. So, if ordering a bed from this company, make sure you get a guarantee that your bed is delivered where you want it. The bed itself is fine, but the company weren't terribly sympathetic to my plight, charged me extra for my inconvenience and made me wait a week/10 days before sending someone to help me( he was very good).
