When I ring before ordering a new tree and lights, staff were all very helpful. Unfortunately despite me making arrangements with the shop the tree turned up too early and was left with a neighbour who by chance was in! Also the tree doesn’t fit well and moves when assembled. So tape has had to be put around the top section to stop it from moving.
