I had ordered and paid for a quicker delivery due to Easter holidays . A very pleasant staff member rang me to say it may take a bit longer , giving me the option to cancel if this didn't suit . I explained it was for birthday gift and would hope it arrived before that and kept the order . I was told they would do their best to get it to the courriers in good time . I'm so pleased to say that the order arrived two days before the birthday was parcelled very well and the couriers followed my delivery option . Very satisfied from ordering to receiving . Thank you
