I paid a lot of money for express delivery but this took 75 hours from time of order (1300 on Tuesday) to arrive (1700 on Friday). I expect this was Evri’s fault but it was a shame given the amount paid for delivery.
The decoration was damaged - bent oars, which I suspect was as a result of the packaging, rather than delivery. As it was already a late present, I didn’t have time to raise this at the time. Overall - could be improved.
