Amy has been great. Enquiring during lockdown meant having a FaceTime meeting showing the nappy’s and how they work, she was so professional, organised and knowledgable. She is clearly a reusable nappy advocate and spoke from her own personal experience so I felt like I was having her honest opinion. It can be overwhelming as there is so much to chose from but once Amy knew my personal situation she tailored her response and followed it up with an email so I had everything written down. Which is always helpful when you have a million and one things on your mind as a new mum. Since this I have been in contact with Amy several times over email asking questions and she always replies promptly and has all the info I need. The nappy’s are great and there is a suitable nappy for everyone’s personal circumstance. The customer service is faultless and the price is extremely reasonable.
