I spoke to Ben and he was very nice polite and patient.i was a bit worried about having this conversation because it involved talking about my debts so i was very anxious but Ben did a great job to keep me calm.he went through different options and he advise me to not remortgage to consolidate my debts.that meant not work for Ben on my behalf but that didnt stop Ben from giving me the best advice and also keep on answering my questions.
