Sarah, the nurse who carried out my skin check was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable during the examination and put my mind at rest about some skin concerns I had. My partner also had a full body check and was referred for a further mole check, and quickly received a diagnosis (benign) a couple of days after.
