I booked a skin check after my Gp referred me for some raised moles and a new lesion on my scalp, after googling worst case scenarios I decided for a piece of mind to book a check before my nhs appointment. Booking was simple I booked the night before and got an early appointment next day for the Harley street branch. Upon arrival I checked myself in and waited for my appointment. I was then seen by Chloe who was the most amazing, warm friendly practitioner ever who knew exactly how to calm my nerves and approach my high levels of anxiety. She checked my whole body explaining to me the different moles I had and even told me about new ones that will pop up and not to worry about. She was calm confident and very good at what she did. Although the moles and skin lesion I went in for turned out to be nothing she did find a small pimple sort of spot on my nose and told explained to me that there is a possibility that it might come up as BCC so we took a picture and sent it off and was told she would call me in 3 days. 3 days later she called me and she was correct in her diagnose it flagged up as BCC and advised me on next steps. Overall the mole Clinic and Chloe especially thank you for being so gentle, calming and patient with me. I will definitely be using the service again for yearly checks as something that I found not to be worrisome turned out to be serious. Thank you Chloe x
