Lovely, expert screening nurses who were kind and efficient so that’s what matters. Messy waiting room. We were told to turn up 15 mins before appointment so arrived at 8 am but no staff arrived till 8.10 so had to hunt around the building for the waiting room etc. May want to consider environment and reception staff so it doesn’t ruin a good service
