I have benefited from attending the Medical, I see two physios Wiley and Richard, and have regained more movement in a 'frozen' shoulder (over one year frozen) and work on an injured knee. The exercises given are appropriate for my age of 70 years, in this way it's team work, I have to do my part but am encouraged by the team.
