Overall the programme has been great but I have had to tweak it myself as the massage side of things was not long enough to have an effect on the issue. For the same price I opted for a 1 hour sports injury massage in comparison to the 20 min soft tissue. It was this recent 1 hour massage where I really felt a difference.
