My laptop was returned "repaired" and I was charged a resonable fee however when I got it home it still would not work so I had to take it back. As of yet the staff have been unable to repair it or find out what the problem is.
I understand that this is the nature of computers and feel confident that it will be repaired the staff have been very polite and understanding so I'm frustrated and disappointed that it is taking so long to repair but understand that it is not really the staffs fault.
