5 Stars for LWC; Bungling Incompetency (their own words) by Intercounty Distribution, Launceston Office. Intercounty phoned on Monday 9th January. We agreed delivery for Friday 13th Jan 2023. Nothing. When I spoke to them early Friday afternoon (it was so loud on the phone I thought they were having an office party), they said that they had "forgotten". Rearranged for Monday 16th. Again nothing. I was told that they had "forgotten to put my order on the lorry". When my order eventually arrived the following day (Tues 17th), the helpful, friendly driver told me he had been delivering to within half a kilometre of my address the previous day (Mon 16th)! Please!! I had to wait in for three days, two of them because of Intercounty Distribution incompetence (their own words). Come on Intercounty Distribution. You can do better than this. Keep customers informed at the very least.
