I’ve bought wood briquettes from the luxury wood company since 2017, ordering prob between 2-4 loads a year (full pallets every time). I think this shows how happy we have been with the company. From ordering, to delivery - it’s all been easy and has always been delivered very quickly - usually within a week. The quality of the logs are also great - they burn well and heat the house up beautifully. The only negative is the price, and I’m pretty sure everyone else’s costs have gone up as well but when I look back at the prices I was paying the price this September is £260 MORE expensive than February this year!!!!! How crazy is that!! In 2017 I could have got a pallet load for less than how much they’ve gone up in 7 months!
