Order process was fairly smooth, but then there was no communication. It was only when I phoned up a few weeks after I placed my order that I found out my goods were out for delivery that day. As I work over an hour away then that clearly a problem. The log store came in five black shrink wrapped packages. The wood inside the packing was quiet damp making it heavier. The only other thing in the packages was a knotted plastic sandwich bag with some screws and a little card with a barcode. You need to scan the barcode to see the assembly instructions. I found the instructions hard to follow, quite possibly because I’m looking at them on an IPhone. I counted out the screwes and there were three of the shorter ones missing. One of the little blocks that are holders for the base was missing. The screw was still there but not the block. The block wasn’t in the packaging either so it must have been knocked off before the goods were packed. I managed to manufacture a replacement block from one of the assembly guides blocks. I would recommend two person assembly. I did find it difficult to fit the roof. In the end I have a nice, strong log store, but things could have been easier.
