Poor communication from when the order was placed. I ordered and there was no follow-up, I had to chase for an update. I suggested a week that the wood could be delivered as I was out of the country, it turned up the week I was out of the country and sat on my driveway for a weekend (Wife couldn't park her car over the weekend). To be fair the pallet was well wrapped and was protected from a light shower. The wood (Hornbeam) is bone dry but when I compare it to other wood suppliers I have had in the past, the logs a not very thick (Lots of small quick burn logs, not many bigger logs that will slowly burn away an afternoon), meaning that you go through them at quite a rate.
