The ordering and delivery processes were first class, and the quantity and quality of the logs were excellent. The only reason this isn't a 5 star review was the pallet. On the plus side, it provided a decent volume of kindling, but cutting it up and taking the nailed-together pieces to the local recycling centre was a pain. For me, 5 stars would be having the option of the pallet being collected after I've removed the logs to my store, and the pallet re-used for another happy customer.
