Pallex delivery driver only had an inadequate pump action pallet trolley so couldn't even transport my pallet of Oak logs 25 yards up my lane. (which the previous supplier with an electrically assisted trolley was happy to do for me)
He left the pallet in the mouth of the lane and I had to wheelbarrow 4 nets at a time up the slope and stack them. 15 strenuous trips ...and I'm 72 years old.
