Prompt delivery and have previously used Luxury Wood Company pellets and have no problems. Unfortunately 3 bags on the pallet were damaged and pellets were spilling out. From experience I choose to dispose of damage bags as they might of absorbed moisture and could affect boiler operation. I believe the damage occurred during transit which I cannot hold Luxury Wood Company responsible for
