I ordered the battle of hasitngs medal last year it took about 6 weeks to arrive which I think was longer than it was originally quoted. I called and spoke to someone called Kate on the customer team who was very helpful and explained the reason for delay to me. When it eventually arrived I was very happy with it so this year I also ordered a battle of Ypres coin funnily enough it was also delayed for about the same time so when I called about it it was explained that they had received high demand which was a bit disappointing and the only reason I haven't put this as a 5*. But when it arrived the coin was very well crafted and a great asset to my collection! London Mint make good products! Fact!
