Ordered a single George and the Dragon sovereign which still hasn't arrived. However a member of staff rang to ask if I'd received it. Whilst on the phone he mentioned a double sovereign. I Expressed an interest but DID NOT order it. A couple of days later a double sovereign arrived at £2000+ The single on has not been received. I
Cannot get hold of them either by e-mail or telephone. However I believe it is the law that if you do not order an item but it is sent to you and you have tried to return it you can keep it! So I am and I've told them so too
