We would 100% recommend The Little Kitchen Factory and have no hesitation in using them again. I found their details via asking for recommendations on my local forum on Facebook. After reading numerous 5 star reviews we visited the showroom with high hopes, and they did not disappoint. Their customer service is fantastic, they are very friendly and clearly put the customer first, a concept that many companies don't seem to understand these days. There aren't any pushy sales people and it's obvious they take pride in their work. John English took the time to listen to us and offer advice in a very friendly manner. John was aware of my mobility problems and took that into account when designing the kitchen. He even phoned me a couple of days before we were due to go back to the showroom to check which of the customer desks I would be most comfortable sat at to view the plans. Something I really appreciated. Having had a couples of quotes from other companies, we found tlkf quote to be very reasonable and we opted for painted solid timber doors, which we previously thought would be out of our price range. We were very impressed with the payment arrangements as one of the big leading companies told us we would have to pay 100% at time of placing order! John explained we would pay 10% on order, 80% at start of installation and the final 10% after installation, when John had visited us to view the finished kitchen and make sure we were happy with everything. In today's unfortunate climate of businesses closing down this payment arrangement gave us confidence to place an order with them. John was very patient with us whilst we chose our colour scheme and when we were struggling to pick the handles he made a suggestion which was perfect. I found out after the kitchen had been fitted that my husband had not been 100% convinced that the handles were right but he's so glad he put his trust in John, indeed we've had many compliments from friends. Colin visited us before the order was placed with the suppliers to double check all measurements etc, so we were happy there would be no nasty surprises when the fitters came to install the kitchen. They kept in contact with us at every stage so we didn't feel forgotten about. We needed some electrical work and plastering to be carried out before installation and we were happy to use the tradesmen that John and Colin recommended. Again their prices were reasonable and we are more than happy with their work and we have kept their contact details for any further jobs we may have. Tlkf communicated with them and everything flowed seamlessly. The fitters were great, very polite and made a great job of installing the kitchen for us. We had a couple of small issues which were addressed promptly. We are so happy with our new fitted kitchen. If we do have any issues in the future we would be confident that with their excellent customer service The Little Kitchen Factory would resolve them promptly.
