Placed order and paid in full by card - then told by delayed e-mail they were out of stock and a month lead-in before my requirements would be available
Checked availability online only to see 10 pack as ordered were in stock but singles were out of stock - on phone enquiry told there was a glitch with your website I think it is poor to take money on card payment when you know there is such a delay
