The only light bulbs I have bought recently were from Casell Lighting, at least that was their e-mail reply address. I'm assuming you are the same company. As I said yesterday in my e-mail, one tube was faulty. I requested a replacement and enquired as to whether you required the faulty tube returned. Order Reference L1091284W
