Ordered a pack of fluorescent tubes mid December and still hadn't received anything by February. I made contact with the company and spoke to a very friendly gentlemen who advised me that they didn't use tracking, but he would check with the warehouse. He also told me that they would resend my order as it shouldn't have taken this long. A few hours later I get an email from them saying they're not responsible for lost deliveries and "fingers crossed" that I get it. No tracking, no proof of shipment, no customer service. I had to contact my bank and request a charge back after explaining the situation, even they were appalled by the customer service of this company. Will avoid in the future.
