Order didn’t arrive. Phoned and was told it was being dispatched.
Again didn’t arrive. After three weeks I phoned again. Nobody answered and the mail box was full. I then phoned and got through to the accounts dept. Nice lady sorted it out. I then received the order (well over three weeks late).
The following day I got another one.
