Have been using Easy Lightbulbs for a few years now and thought their service was great, especially when you call to discuss an issue. However, I placed an order and after a few weeks had not heard anything so I emailed 4 times via their website and directly to them asking what was happening and got no response at all from any email which was very disappointing. In the end I rang to be told they were not sure what was going on but upon checking one specialist bulb that i had ordered might not be in stock so they would send the rest of the order. After saying it would sure to be with them in a few weeks, again chased and then got an automatic email saying they were refunding me for the specialist bulb but with no response at all to any emails I had sent. I assume refund happened and I eventually got my part order but very disappointed in being ignored as I wasnt expecting that from them.
