Im not good with attention to detail due to a disability, and needed bulbs to replace lighting urgently (also due to disability). I paid nearly £10 for express delivery to get the bulbs the next day. They did not arrive. When I complained, they pointed out that the website says express delivery is only possible if you order by 3pm - I order at 5.01pm. When I asked why they accepted my payment for express delivery when they couldn't fulfil it, they said it was my fault for not reading the detail on the website. There was no attempt whatsoever, to understand the difficulties I have and why I missed this information. Nor did they offer to refund me the postage.... Very very poor customer service in my opinion.
